Located in Plantation, Florida, Learning Today was founded by passionate educators and technology experts, in response to the growing demands of parents, school administrators, and the federal government, to address the chronic problems of failing schools in our society.
  Since its inception in 2000, Elementary Curriculum has been a pioneer in the online learning sector; refining and deploying its unique product offering to a wide range of school systems such as the Miami-Dade County Public School system in Florida, the 4th largest in the United States. Over this time, the firm’s cutting edge software, known as Smart Tutor™, has grown to include reading and math, while utilizing standards-based tutorials that enable schools and after-school programs to offer differentiated instruction to students automatically. This allows each individual student to learn at their own pace and path even when certified teachers are not available.     Elementary Curriculum’s Smart Tutor™ program is effective with all learners but has been proven to be particularly effective with at-risk students.
